I think the SSRI is doing things. Some things I'm not sure if it happened irl or in a dream. I was sure I had gone to the store and bought something, and I was looking for it and then realized it was a dream.

yeah. i have awful dreams that leaving me crying or stressing in my sleep the whole night unless i smoke or drink myself to sleep. fun stuff.

I'm not liking this, I woke up recently, and I still felt like I was in a dream. And when I was in dreams I had to do things, and I thought I had done them for real for awhile.

That's been my life since I was a little kid. Used to get in arguments about things I "knew" I said or did. After a while I learned to train myself to discern the difference between dreams and reality. Because my dreams were always so boring. So mundane. No different than real life. Going to school. Reading. Playing videogames. Washing dishes. Cleaning my room. Sweeping and mopping. Do you know how boring it is to dream about doing homework or mowing the lawn? Nearly 30 years later I still dream the same type of things.

My dreams are me shooting at the Army/cops/bad people and flying around will superpowers in shit and guns, and they're quite Vivid.
