The Real Steel videogame was removed from the xbox live arcade store for Xbox 360 after 3 years...i bought it 3 years ago for $10 plus DLC. it is no longer available and so I'm out of $10 plus DLC. Contacted xbox customer support, was told there was nothing they could do. The representative told me that Yukes probably removed it because supposedly they were working on a similar game and probably would release it on Xbox 360. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau.

Microsoft doesnt own what others publish, thereby they cant force publishers to keep their games up forever.
