Former Officer Jerk, Shannon Kepler is FINALLY convicted of first degree manslaughter in his FOURTH trial for the 2014 murder of his daughter's black boyfriend in Oklahoma!!

He was sentenced to 15 years in the big house after jurors deliberated for more than 6 hours and reached a verdict for a lesser charge in his first degree murder trial

He was an off duty 24 year veteran when he shot 19 y/o Jeremy Lake who was walking with his daughter Lisa Kepler on August 5, 2014.

His lawyers claim he was trying to "protect" his daughter and fired in self defense because Jeremyy was armed with a semi-automatic but no weapon was found at the scene.

Lisa was 18 when she met Jeremy and was volunteering at a homeless shelter where she was staying after she was kicked out of the house. She said her parents dropped her off at the shelter in July 2014 because she kept sneaking out at night and was misbehaving..

In a few weeks, Jeremy offered her to stay at his house whom he shared with his aunt.

On the day of the shooting, while they were out passing water bottles to the homeless and walking back to Jeremy's house, her father rolled in with his SUV and asked them questions and asked what she was doing in the neighborhood with a black man.

He said it was a "crime-ridden" neighborhood. Jeremy reached out to shake his hand and that's when Shannon lost his mind and took out his gun and SHOT him!!. He then FLED in his vehicle leaving a shocked Lisa trying to stop the bleeding..

Jeremy fled back home and said he was going to call 911 but his wife, Gina realized he was in a "pickle" and opted not to...he finally turned himself in the next morning where his wife was ALSO a cop there! She was arrested for accessory but wasn't charged since there was no evidence

Jurors were deadlocked THREE times at 11-1, 10-2 and 6-6 forcing mistrials. Jeremy's younger brother was the other witness who was 13 at the time who saw what happened on the porch as he knew the colour of the gun used and what Kepler was wearing when he shot him and ran off in a SUV.

Lisa claims her father is RACIST and didn't like that she had been in a relationship with a black man and that is why he intervened.

I'm glad he's going to prison, but manslaughter is a fucking joke. That was straight up murder. What about charges for fleeing the scene of the crime? Fucker shot an unarmed man and then sped off leaving him to die.

A 6-6 deadlock from the third trial? I'd love to know how the jury ended up like that.
