Well the announcement of the announcement. Were you hyped back then? Do you have one now?

I was personally on board the moment I saw the trailer. Got it day one and not a regret yet. If it continues to deliver and has enough past gen ports it will easily be my fav console of all time.

Doubtful. They only did that because they had to cut the 3DS by a good 40% in price to get it to start selling (so they wouldn't piss off the people who bought it day one since the cut was only a few months after launch). The Switch is actually selling so I doubt it.

But hey, at least we get a year of free online, so that's something.

I didn't really care about it until a week before it came out. Was at work day of release and said fuck it, I'll buy it. Walked out of the office to the nearest target and grabbed it, then went back to work.
