cant remember if they were matchbox or hotwheels. they came in a mystery pack where you couldnt see what the car looked like. you had to run it under water to remove the cover on it

they were popular back in the 90s iirc. it was part of a promotion where you could get rare & valuable cars at a normal price but 99% of the time they were just normal ones
