Did they berate you for having too many white people? no, not at all NonDairyMiltank posted... we need a tl;dr it was part of a series of staff development with RMI that started before I got hired. today we did "policy biographies" in which we described our life experiences with respect to race and then talked about what institutions or systems were involved (if any) and how they were involved the first question was when we came to understand that race was a factor or issue in our lives, for example, while another asked what the biggest barriers we've faced are, etc. voldothegr8 posted...
