It's incredibly dumb and they made a lot of stupid decisions but I still find it fun.

The two Amazing movies are soulless and boring. I can barely remember them.

I feel the same way about Amazing Spider-man 2. It brought in a lot of villains and it felt more true to the comic. I also preferred Emma Stone overall to Kirsten Dunst.

I was so, very excited for Venom in 3, and when it turned out to be Topher Grace, it floored me how awful of a job they did casting for the role. The CG was terrible and as a whole it was a Hulk tier movie at best.

Spider-man 1 was like the perfect adaptation of Spidey's origin. All reboots are gonna have an issue avoiding being a retread. ASM just managed to feel like a redundant entry. Homecoming skipped over it completely and almost seemed afraid to go anywhere near which is for the best I think.
