Like for example, we have Avengers, X-Men, Guardians of the Galaxy, etc which are primarily comic book/action movies.
Do you think we'll ever see comic book movies that are just comedies? Meaning, no actual like physical action conflict. Or, do you think we'll see comic book movies that are just dramas? So for like a film franchise to have multiple movies in several genres. And I'm just using comic book movies as an example. I'll use another, like if we had a James Bond comedy movie, or a James Bond horror movie. Are there comic books right now that meet that description? Just about every serialized book carries some kind of dramatic plot. The only question seems to be what kind of setting it all takes place in (space opera, fantasy, superhero, cyberpunk, steampunk, military, etc).
