That game does have an easy mode. Dont level up Squall.

or give him everything and take a crack shot at his best shit not getting blown away. I seriously had too easy of a time and he was easily doubling the damage of even my second best physical attacker.

I nearly beat her though with hardly any junctions (and none worth a shit, I didn't understand the system was new to FF in general and refused to learn) and everyone but Irvine got wiped out before the end of the second phase. I carried on until she actually started giving that speech where at that point all you gotta do is survive. and I was too stupid to use a hero's drink and got killed

to be fair I had a shit load of all his ammo types and 99 aura stones and I wanna say his second or at least third best weapon.

The first time I did the Dont Level Squall trick (I think I had tried to beat it once before but got disgusted when the Orphanage part happened), and I leveled Rinoa and Quistis...

So what happens at the beginning of the last disk? The fight where Rinoa is not in your party and Quistis is somewhere else... and there dungeon has nothing to level on.

Fucking got stuck.

yeah I just can't tolerate the MC being a weakling. I can take him/her not being the strongest but I definitely want them to be a contender.

When I decided to play the game again, I just did it and leveled all the other characters. So when someone was taken out it wouldnt matter. Made the game almost stupid easy.

I actually love the music and gameplay, and looooaaatthhhheee the story of that game.

story is ok ignoring plot holes but I read comics sometimes what a plot hole or two? my first run though 3 party members where in their 90s while the other 3 where in their 20s. final dungeon was a bitch.
