not this specifically but some job I applied to once wanted me to sign some contract which seemed to be going out of its way to use confusing wording (legalese I think people call it) and it was just to be a clerk at a fucking gas station so I said fuck this, and started applying to other places.

I know i've read at least one all the way through in my life. but at best I skim and look for any keywords to just get the gist of whats being said. as said by another these things really can't hold up in the court of law, especially since they have no proof i'm the one who hit the "I accept" button or not, maybe I had a friend start up my accounts for me, maybe I didn't they don't know.

If I buy a product like a new console I can't use it ('s online features) unless I click "accept" after a 130 page end user license agreement. If I click "refuse" it just stops working right there and then, until I click "accept". Therefore there is no actual choice. This makes whatever you were forced to "agree" to very weak were it ever taken to court.
