Part 7 definitely shits on 2, but it's often debated on whether it supersedes 4 or not. 5 is better than 2 but definitely worse than 4, 7, and probably 3. 6 is okay, but definitely one of the lesser parts. Personally, it took me watching the anime to truly like Part 2 (hated it in the manga even after rereading it), and I've seen several others call it out as being one of the lesser parts, especially compared to the post-Stand introduction series.
