Others have do this or longer shifts, it is not fun at all, when your done go home and sleep.

I never had trouble missing sleep for one night. Ive actually thrived in minor insomnia at times. I pushed it waaay too far at times tho. Its not like your body is gonna shut down off one night

i remember the night after my high school prom i had to go to work. i had stayed out all night and got like 2-3 hours of sleep.

i worked at a restaruant as a cashier. i was in a daze. i remember a guy asked for a slice of pie. i went over to get it, and it fell on the floor. and i just stared at it. and stared. and stared.

my boss let me go home lol.

Ok, maybe my advice doesn't apply to everyone. Did you also not eat tho? Cause that factors in huge when also lacking sleep

I think the worst I ever did was 4 hours for a 9-hour day. In fairness it would have been 10 if you count prep and commute.

4 hours is actually worse than none, tbh. Missing a 90-minute cycle has a pretty huge effect.
