hard working yeah, but underpaid usually at least when it comes to construction which results in shitty work because they are trying to bang out a job as quickly as possible in order to make a decent buck. i'm sure that doesn't apply to all of them but its what i've seen here locally.

pay them a decent wage and lighten up on deadlines and i'm pretty sure they'd do good work on top of being hard working.

I got it. just had nothing to add to it, and i'm bored so I threw in my 2 cents in a more serious tone.

though when I worked in construction someone told my boss not all of them where mexicans and suddenly all of them became south americans in his eyes. like i've been around enough to know there are differences, but he just couldn't see it despite me trying to explain it to him.

Ha i used yo work construction too. There were a lot of Hondurans as well but other than that I think they were all Mexican guys. I was one of only three white dudes

my crew was literally the only white crew in the area, well we had a half japanese half black kid for a short period but the boss then just started calling us the only "american" crew. despite claiming to be a liberal he came off as a right wing extremists whenever he opened his mouth.

I can't claim to know the differences between all south americans versus mexicans but the ones i've met are usually of a darker skin tone. I think it was mostly people from el salvador I met.

Well liberals can be racist.

it wasn't just that. literally almost everything he said fell in line with the bad stereotype of a right winger. only things that didn't was he'd praise hillary and bash trump. I think he was afraid of admitting to liking trump out of fear of it being used against him to point out his racism. that or he just had a large disdain for rich people failing to realize most dems in office are pretty rich themselves.

edit: the one liberal view he would spout was banning all guns but the types for hunting. he even thought handguns where stupid.
