I feel like I do a lot better if I wake up to light. Today was the first morning this year that I woke up and it was pretty dark out and getting up was rough. Anyone have any experience with the "natural light" alarm clocks? Looks like I can get one from the 'zon for about $30.

Seems gimmicky, but go for it. Worst case scenario, return it.

I think the whole point is that the sun is not available at the time of day and season that I have to wake up in.
