Do you have a PS4? Gundam Versus online has kept me really busy and distracted.
If you play a video game, just remember that sometimes it's best to play something constantly keeping you in the action. RPGs/adventure while great games, aren't good for depression because you'll be wandering around in towns, which will put you in that horrible loop with your thoughts.
I do think though that story-driven/Visual novel type games can be good too though, as long as you make sure to keep going, get immersed in the story and solve the puzzles. For this I would recommend Zero Escape: The Nonary Games

I just don't feel like Disney movies could help...cheerful stuff will just make you envy and hurt more.
Seeing psychologically damaged characters in a dark world like Zero Escape works better for me.

Oh crap, yeah. I'd totally recommend it too. Such a bright, colorful, and (for the most part) cheerful game. Super relaxing and fun. The community isn't a toxic piece of garbage like other gaming communities either. I'm so glad it exists.

Gonna try these out. I already have stardew valley but never played it past character creation. Gonna look into some of the other games too.

Also gonna check out some of the shows/movies if I can find them on netflix.

Thanks, everyone, for all the recs and all that
