I don't, because I don't particularly much to do so and I'm currently underweight as it is so it's not like it seems to be a pressing issue.

Yep. If I don't, I'm prone to moments of overeating. I eat roughly the same things everyday so tracking is pretty simple as well.

Somewhat. I know if I eat something fatty for lunch I will make sure I eat a healthier dinner. It's been working as I haven't gained the weight i lost and I continue to keep losing weight.

I try to keep a rough count in my head but keeping count doesn't really matter when you go full fuck it mode and order 15 dollars worth of KFC.

Was 1 for a while, now able to safely autopilot in 2. Daily logging provides no value for me. I know the portion size/caloric content of like 90% of my food intake and prep/consume accordingly.

Just my fitness pal for food. Never really saw value in step counters and stuff
