First it was all the evil clowns leading up conveniently to IT a movie with a spooky clown

Are you really so ignorant that you don't realize that if this was viral marketing, they would've waited until next year to do this? And people aren't buying this and thinking "golly gee! I sure want to see that Milan movie now!" They're buying it solely because it's a Ricky and Morty meme. Nobody will even remember this 3 months from now, let alone a year.

McDonald's got so many customers into their doors today that they had to call in the riot police. All for a dipping sauce that literally no one cared about between 1998 and April 1st of this year(seriously, check the google analytics) . Are you really so ignorant that you don't realize that if this was viral marketing, they would've waited until next year to do this? Do you not understand how viral marketing works? They want to start building the hype slowly and getting progressively bigger and more blatant after letting the public take the reigns themselves not even knowing they're basically giving free advertisement to a multibillion dollar corporation all while up to the thing you're virally marketing The same thing happened with all those clowns and IT and the whole szechuan sauce ordeal currently happening with Rick and Morty is an insultingly blatant viral marketing campaigns and yet people are just so happy to bite down on Disney's hook that is literally just sitting there unbaited and it's sad Feline_Heart posted... And people aren't buying this and thinking "golly gee! I sure want to see that Milan movie now!" I know, but they know it was tied to Mulan which is what Disney wants and when the live action trailer drops on Youtube you'll see people parroting Rick and Morty quotes in the comments about szechuan sauce.
