I really hope that the redcross starts to hardcore screen all blood donated now in California for HIV and AIDs, if they dont I think people need to demand they do or it will be a threat to public safety.

No one infected should be donating or allowed to donate blood, I dont give a fuck if they get feelings hurt, the public should NOT be put at risk of a deadly disease because of shit kicking idiots with power in California.
