It's not even close to being abuse.

If additional TOU violations are discovered after an account has been warned, it makes sense that they might upgrade the punishment depending on the circumstances.

It's not that hard to follow the rules here. Maybe you should consider dialing back the trolling, TC.

Trolling to offend or incite flames.

LOL that rarely happens no user is dumb enough to feel offended or incite flames on another user.

what happens is if someone says something offensive or incite flames all they do is mark them nobody cares at all about getting offended or inciting flames unless it's blantant or something illegal ticky tacky shit like this always get modded because A the user disgagreed with you and to prove a point hit the mark button

Incite flames is only good in like a Game board because if someone spoils something then they'll incite flames
