Drinking a bottle of red wine or a 6-pack of Michelob Ultra Light?

The wine is likely more potent

Yeah I am too lazy to do the math. I mean a Mich Ultra is a 4.2% ABV where as a bottle of Cabernet is typically 13.5%. But then you have 72oz in a 6-pack and 26 ounces in a bottle of wine.

The wine would be worse for the liver. It's more concentrated.
Of course if this is just a choice you're making for this night alone, it doesn't matter.
