Emptied oil from truck. Hooked up garden hose and ran water through it until water was coming out of the bottom. Refilled with oil, but it didn't take much. Tried to start it and now it won't budge. What am I doing wrong?

you need to put sand in to absorb the extra water before you put the oil back in. empty the oil again, run the water again, let it drain, put in sand, let it absorb water for 2 days, let the sand drain (might need to hit it with a hammer to break the sand loose) then fill with oil again and you are good to go.
