PS2 and Xbox versions look like shit on my TV.

PC Version requires a lot of modding to get it up to snuff.

I can play it, it's just a pain and I'd rather have a remaster.

I mean, we're remastering shit like The Last of Us and Shadow of the Collosus which were still perfectly playable.

Yep, I love the game but it's hard going back. Graphics I'm fine with but the controls can be brutal.

It will never happen. The iOS versions are the best we'll get but those are shitty mobile games.

Dan Houser is embarrassed of the 3D era because they weren't deep, cinematic masterpieces like his later works.

I don't recall doing any grinding in my recent play through. That said there are ways to get cash quickly and easily. Stealing a tank and using it for Vigilante missions will get you tons of cash.

It isn't a grind by todays standards. Your businesses basically make 5k-9k every 30 minutes I think, so you just have to fuck around for a half hour to afford the next business until the end.

Or just do any of the number of activities that pay out money.

It was kind of a grind back in 2002 though, I guess, since you had to wait a little bit before moving to the next part compared to GTA III which had progression through mission progress.
