Better yet, why do criminals always follow the rules by using the correct wire colors? Why doesn't one just reverse them? So if you're supposed to cut the red wire to defuse a bomb, why not make that blue so the guy cuts the red and it explodes? WHY?

Have all your wires use the same colored insulation. Its not like you need to follow any electrical codes when you are making bombs for criminal purposes.

Not really.

Sounds silly but the closest I can think of is TDK. I remember seeing it at midnight, and out loud saying "OH SHIT" when Rachel blew up. First time I saw a superhero not saving the girl in a movie. (is this still a moddable spoiler LOL?)

What is a blue wire for anyways? I just soldered a new battery into an old tablet. 3 wires black negative, red positive, and a white thermistor.
