In particular, the first person perspective is brilliant. It really puts you into the horrors. This is a great new direction for the series, and possibly the best one since RE4.

If I ever get myself a PS4, I will definitely get it for that as well, so I can play it using VR.

Looking forwards to the remaster of RE2. Kinda hoping it would have been released by now!

Recently returned from a very long stint working abroad, and literally just enjoying chilling in my apartment. Lots of gaming, Netflix, sports binging is my plan for at least a week.
The only trips out is for shopping, swimming and jogging (need to burn off these take aways lol)

Yeah exactly this.

There are times in this game where the FPV really makes it tense.

When you first go into that molded area, and also the trip unarmed on the tanker with molded stalking around. These bits felt horrible to experience, yet strangely enjoyable.

I loved how for the first two hours or so it was genuinely terrifying. Yeah, you sort of get used to it but it was still tense as fuck. I hope they keep going with this direction, it was fucking awesome.

I still can't play RE7 in VR. For one, I get a headache after 10~20 minutes (not because of the game, just VR in general). And two, I'm too scared....
