Jack Lind's jerky, of any kind, is the most basic, low-tier, over-processed, unjerky-like jerky a person can buy. Way too much moisture. Jerky should be dry.

Go bow hunt (lol, like you actually bow hunt) a deer and make some venison jerky.

It's pretty spot on to oven cooked thick cut bacon. I prefer my bacon a bit more crisp but it's still really good. Plus sundawg doesn't like it so you know it's good.
