Forza used to offer you bonus rewards depending on how difficult you made it, turning off various drivers assist for example would increase credits earned. Higher ai difficulty, more credits. Now they expanded their horrific "mod" addition from forza 6 to have these now be mods hidden in rng based loot boxes. They also removed the ability to buy all cars, now it's a limited rotating selection and the rest are in loot boxes.

well, they got rid of performance related mods, so all you get is bonuses for performing things or just passive cash or xp bonuses, and those were already from random packs in Forza 6
