I take Citalopram and it's been great for me.
I'm still lazy and procrastinate, but I haven't had a shred of depression or anxiety in MONTHS. Which means I'm the same person but I don't want to kill myself and I don't get nervous doing new things anymore. There has been one side effect, my sex drive has dropped to near nothing. My girlfriend has to force me to have sex with her half the time lol. ... Copied to Clipboard!

You should talk to your doctor about your sexual concerns. There are ways to help minimize the effects like adding bupropion (didn't work for me but apparently works for most) and there are all sorts of different SSRIs and SNRIs to try.
I've taken 4, and in order of most to least sexual dysfunction: Duloxetine Venlafaxine Sertraline Escitalopram But everyone is different. I've heard the opposite about this ranking too. Well, I've been on Zoloft since I was a kid because I used to have really bad anxiety and OCD tendencies/ticks. :u The Zoloft really has helped with that, but I don't have much of a sex drive. But I'm not sure if that's just how I am or a side effect of the Zoloft.
