Trying to change my diet now, I need inspiration. I ate chicken and some vegetables. Should I cut milk? It got more fat than I thought.

Yeah I know, but I am looking for inspiration. I don't want all my meals to be chicken with some vegetable.

Drinking nothing but water and I guess coffee with minor sugar is undoubtedly one of the healthiest choices one could make.

Cut carbs. No white rice. No white bread. Instead, brown rice and whole wheat. Portion control is the most important aspect though. Carbs are important because they give you long term energy for your day, but overeating carbs is where people go wrong in general.

What's wrong with white rice? I usually use those minute maid rice and add a flavor with some powder.
