UnfairRepresent 09/26/17 1:20:46 PM #1:	A landlord who had sex in his tenants bed before wiping his penis on a wedding dress has been jailed for two years. Carlos Quijada, 40, had pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and obscenity over the incident. Logan Pierce and Mikaela DiGiulio, the tenants who caught Quijada on camera, were not in court for the sentencing, KKTV reported. They caught Quijada after setting up a motion-senser camera in their bedroom in Colorado Springs, Colorado. When Quijada entered the room with another man, it triggered an alert on Mr Pierces phone. The shocked tenants could only watch as the couple engaged in oral and anal sex for about six minutes. The footage then showed Quijada wipe his penis on Ms Di Giulios wedding dress. Mr Pierce said: It was like a total violation of privacy. Just to have somebody to come in unannounced is enough, but then go forth with sleeping with somebody on your bed while youre not there.
