Man, I wonder how they're going to Pennywise turn into their adult fears.

The Min serires adult part was ass, and it was only Tim Curray dressed in clown make up taunting them with a few basic things.

2 years is normal isn't it? They haven't even cast any of the adults as far as I know.

I bet that won't be the last we see of It either. It's gonna be a franchise.

Normal for normal movie sequels, not really normal or expected for most modern horror movies. I'm glad they're taking some time to film it. Though 2 years really isn't a long time in film.

they will have to come up with all new material for an IT Chapter 3, and I am not sure I want to see that. those who have read the book understand why it's only 2 chapters. the story of the Losers Club will be over when Chapter 2 ends

they have to rush some though. because they want to include childhood flashbacks which means they still need the child actors to be young. my guess is they are gonna be filming the flashbacks fairly soon. even before they cast the adults maybe.

I don't think this one will be as well-received. Most of the adult plotline in the book is just them recounting what happened to them as kids as they remember it. Each of them gets a little spook and then there's the ending.

actually I think your basing this on the mini series. there was more going on as adults in the book.

Henry Bowers breaks out of prison and tries to kill Michael at the library. and then later kidnaps Bill's wife

Really shouldve planned ahead better. 2 years is too long of a wait. LotR did it perfect, releasing each installment within a year of each other.

actually I think your basing this on the mini series. there was more going on as adults in the book.

I'm counting that as the ending because (IIRC), they go directly from that into the sewer.

And that's not really enough to do two hours on.
