Those are bad excuses. You need people to complain so you can learn from your mistakes and get better. Start small and buy a taco truck and serve tacos every night.

I'm still serving strangers who I don't care about. I want to eat the food myself and treat people I know and love. I want leeway to experiment a lot, come up with new recipes, master old ones etc etc One of my favorite things is to improvise.
