Simple choice. $10 million, no strings attached, after any and all taxes, so you likely have the immediate ability to retire if you so desire, or you gain the ability to have a perfect night's sleep every time you go to bed. You'll never wake up tired or groggy or sore or even late. You wake up, on time, every time, fully charged and ready to take on the day for the rest of your life (you age normally and let's just assume that this doesn't impact your lifespan positively or negatively, and let's also just say that you'll still have to sleep for a usual amount of time as well).

I would probably narrowly have to go for the money.
