120 is still too heavy. My body frame is meant to be slender. I don't have a lot of curves and I'm kinda short so 95lb makes sense

10 lb in two weeks is a lot

When I was training at the gym the trainer used to tell me that if you have more than 40 pounds to lose you should aim to lose around 1 to 2 pounds per week. If you lose too fast your skin doesn't have time to adjust and you might have a lot of loose skin once you get to your target weight

There is no unrealistic objective, just unrealistic timelines.
