and you fucking NAILED it! What you had in mind from the start, or during cooking as you improvised, the thoughts you had to each component of the dish to what they should contribute to the flavor and texture eventually comes together as you take your first bite and it's just as you planned it if not better. You can taste all the components put in the dish and can understand how they compliment, boost, marry together to make this amazing dish and let's not forget all the different textures for the dish to give it an enjoyable mouthfeel and taste. The excitement you have as you are almost done and you are plating the dish to make it presentable, as you feast it with your eyes you want it more. And you finally get to take that first bite and it's so fucking amazing and good and you are so happy that the thought you put in it with planning and improvising worked marvelously. I fucking love cooking!
