This work on almost anything. From videogames to work.
Basically when you get stuck and cant seem to progress, put it down, sleep it off try it again tomorrow. I don't know the term, but it definitely is a thing. If you work on something for too long, you sorta lose focus on it. or focus too much, or something. Resting and coming back later gives your brain a chance to refresh itself, so you can get a fresh start on the problem, so to speak.
