It's kind of become a tradition for me to play through a Halloweeny game in October. Don't really know why, as I'm not normally a fan of Halloween, Survival Horror or Tim Burton crap.
So, looking through my backlog, I have these options: Lone Survivor (go for another ending) Infamous Festival of Blood Silent Hill (another ending) Castlevania Symphony of the Night (Richter mode) Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (lol) Uh... Why RE4 mercenaries mode? I thought the idea was to be scared? I mean, don't get me wrong, the idea of Dr Salvatore on my ass is intense...but...

Nah to me all Halloween stuff is like those cheesy fake spiders with the huge grins you see at party city. Jump scares excepted, ofc. I finally took the leap into Bloodborne a couple of weeks ago... it's not on your list, but it's essentially 3D Castlevania done right, and it absolutely nails the October aesthetic.
It's also hard as balls though, be forewarned. --- BKSheikah owned me so thoroughly in the 2017 guru contest, I'd swear he used the Lens of Truth to pick his bracket. (thengamer.com/guru) ... Copied to Clipboard!
