Nope, and he's not going to be. The Nazi woke up and didn't want to give the police any further information. And none of the witnesses are going to help the Nazi because they were all overjoyed that he decked the guy. I like that the act brought the community together--so many people said "what benefit is there to punching Nazis?" Well when everyone there cheers the act and doesn't put up with hate and genocide, it's a positive.

Also, what you said was a given. An already understood point. Rehashing something is not important.

I'm typing "all that" instead of those "2 to 5 words" because I think what you're saying is ridiculous.

If it doesn't apply to you, then you didn't need to respond. You assumed you were included in a group of people I was commenting on, but I didn't specifically quote anyone. I was commenting on an idea. If that isn't your idea, then don't include yourself in that group and then feel the need to defend yourself against my comment.

So if you aren't expressing the idea that I'm criticizing, then don't include yourself in the group expressing that idea, only to defend yourself because of it, and then say that I'm the one who should admit he misinterpreted the situation.
