I'm 18, I've never drank in my life (other than sips of various alcohols), and alcohol is the scariest thing in the world me.

Just the thought of it legit gives me anxiety, that feeling in the pit of my stomach. It scares the hell out of me. Anytime anyone I'm close with drinks, I just feel disappointed and upset with them.

For example, my girlfriend (who I was broken up with at the time) went out one night and got drunk. She's only 16. This KILLED me, it almost gave me a panic attack and I legitimately wanted to cry. I just felt crushed by it.

Anytime I'm with my buddies and they start drinking, I just want to get the hell oit out and leave. I'm insanely uncomfortable around alcohol, no matter where I'm at. Even going down the fucking alcohol aisle at the store makes me want to flip out.

What is the deal with this? I just hate drinking, I hate alcohol and everything about it. I hate the effect it has on people, I hate the taste, I hate the smell, I hate the risks of it. I just hate it and it scares me. Why do I hate it so damn much?? I've never really had any past experiences with it, so I don't understand.
