it gets better with each re-watch. I hated it in theaters but I kinda like it now. It's miles better than either ASM movie.

It was a gigantic clusterf***, with a lackluster "main villain", a decent story about the symbiote and it's effect on Peter, but the fact that Venom was just thrown in there and defeated was a goddamned travesty.
If you're going to make a movie about the symbiote, then you need to have Venom be the only villain. Or at the least, set it up at the end for another movie. Modern day MCU would have had a post credits scene where Eddie Brock finds the symbiote and it starts to take control of him. --- Sig space for sale. Inquire within. ... Copied to Clipboard!
