There was a considerable amount of plot armour happening in that episode. I felt that Team Stark should have been significantly more powerful but hey.

One thing in particular I didn't understand was AntMan's giant transformation. I thought AntMan logic is that when he shrinks he maintains his "mass", so he's just as strong and heavy as normal. Why then when he turns into a giant he suddenly has giant strength? Seems like an inconsistency in the rules there.

I think Spidey did the best considering. I mean he's just a teenage boy with basically no experience fighting supes but he held his own against multiple avengers.

Vision got nerfed to fuck in that fight. Realistically he should have basically one shotted all of them, but they kept him off camera for most of it. I guess you're to assume he's just taking a coffee break or something.

Haven't seen it, but Cap'n was definitely going easy on him. Cap'n is kind of an anomaly because he's easily weaker and less physically capable than most of the avengers but he's a smarter tactician. Kind of the Batman character in that regard.

the one you should be looking out for is black widow.

she basically disappears after being slammed by scarlet only to show up(basically unharmed) at the very end.

there "is" a deleted scene though that shows her overlooking the chaos and i guess her absence was voluntary which also explains why she helped them at the end.

without that scene however, one would think they just left her out intentionally because it's just BW.

I took it that she knows the end game, and goes to the hangar to stop them.

I mean, I think it's a little silly to say that they have plot armor when the entire scene is about them not really wanting to hurt each (aside from Black Panther).
