Are there things in your life that you suspect contribute to your mental state, but you don't want to eliminate?

Probably, being inactive is a huge thing they advise you to avoid but i have days where i like to just sit and play games all day

The night brims with defiled scum, and is permeated by their rotten stench.
Just think. Now you're all set to hunt and kill to your heart's content.

I'm a depressive alcoholic, you tell me.

I like dealing with people to a degree, but sometimes I like to be left the fuck alone to just drink coffee and read/game/whatever.

Sometimes that means reading in my favorite coffee place, sometimes I play a game for 8 hours.

My big thing is just finding something to do to keep me from drinking. Depression is a default. Once alcohol is involved, it's a snowball rolling down Everest.

If i didn't have really bad ocd i might not be too depressed. There's many things i do which contributes to my depression and overall shittiness, like not giving a damn of what i eat or not even trying to keep sleep schedule anymore, but tbh those are more like clinging on to the last remaining things that makes me feel good.
