A male boss doesn't give a shit about hiring a white male these days, you gotta make your boss your friend or else he's going to hire some female that is easier on the eyes and doesn't make the work place a sausage fest.

Eh they do this regardless hence why I've been turning up for interviews in a blonde wig, push up bra and a short skirt.

yeah it sucked one place I worked. my first day boss was pretty much "well heres your work station" and walked off leaving others to explain shit to me. then he hired a girl and was super chatty, also about 70% or more of the staff was female but when it came time to unload the trucks only men where made to do it. and it was usually a problem as not all the males could drop what they where doing to go do it. so I questioned why didn't they either hire more men or start making the women earn that equal pay they where getting.

That's ridiculous. Lot of sexist bullshit at the colleges too, sexual harassment procedures as if everyone is so incompetent at treating others the right way.

well I don't go to bars or clubs anymore. first because I decided it was just paying (either through entry fee or overpriced drinks) to go to a party where you don't know anyone, and then I quit partying so now I have no reason to go as I can just drink at a much cheaper price at home.

Social events in America are very diluted when they should've gotten better. Lot of niche stuff I guess, but the vast majority of people aren't very interesting to talk to sadly lol.
