I am guessing no, but does anyone know from experience?
For example, on eBay, they sell one year access for around $20... Not sure if this is: *Foreign accounts where it is that cheap in the foreign markets, *Perk accounts that are "free" that the owner wants to sell (e.g. T-mobile customers get Netflix for free), *Stolen/hacked accounts, or *Accounts purchased with stolen/hacked credit cards. ... That's great, until they change their password three weeks after the purchase date and you have no way to appeal it to eBay because they technically gave you Netflix access and there's no way for either party to prove their argument one way or another. ...
