They have a bigger selection of games (new and used) which is a big pro if you dont shop online and want the physical copy immediately.

The two near me have employees that are decent and actually like games so I'll get stuff there every few months. I would honestly probably not bother and stick to Amazon but the past year or so they've been extremely flaky with launch day delivery.
