Infinite has some flaws for sure, but it is pretty easy to look past them and enjoy the game, story, characters and world as a whole. Pretty fun with some pretty high peaks and a great grand ending to the story.

Burial at Sea just sucks my asshole off. My first time through I was at least intrigued for the most of it. I hated it when I finished, but on my second time through I'm trying to enjoy it for what it is and that is just not gonna happen. So many flaws. So many lazy conveniences in the story. Ruins Infinite's ending. Ruins some original Bioshock stuff. Blah!

I never played the DLC, but I heard it's what turned off a lot of fans of the game

Didn't play part 2, but the best part of part 1 (by leaps and bounds) was walking around in the very beginning before you actually do anything.

Yeah that was easily the highlight. Probably because it was something pretty new for the series in getting the chance to see Rapture before its fall.

But 10 min later? Nope. Go fight splicers in a part of the city that's falling apart and everyone is just crazy. Ya know, like Bioshock 1 & 2. But now you're Booker! lol jk ur Comstock even though the ending of Infinite's whole purpose was to make sure Comstock never existed. Also now you dead and you're Elizabeth, but no powers cause SHE DEAD! Go save no character mcguffin girl. Sure it'll lead to thousands of deaths and way more little sisters suffering, but she got put in danger because of your plan to trick Comstock to....uh... Why did Elizabeth with infinite power go through all that bullshit in Episode 1? Why didn't she just kill Comstock right away? How'd a Big Daddy kill her when she had limitless power at the end of Infinite? Wait, why did old man grey haired Comstock sound like younger Booker DeWitt? Oh that was a trick. Pretty sneaky Ken Levine.

It was a good series overall, including Buriel at Sea, despite the sometimes confusing story line.

I hope they make another Bioshock. I know Levine disbanded it, but they still own rights to create a new one. It's been a solid 4 years now... maybe one day again?

Great series overall. 2 gets shit on a lot, but it is still a pretty darn good game.

After Infinite's ending, I don't really see any point in continuing it though. The ending was so grandiose that anything else in that universe would seem a bit too inconsequential. I'd be all for more games, but just set away from Rapture or Columbia or any world tied to Elizabeth.
