I'd say so. My problem with it was that it lacked depth and lacked content. With the season pass it has content so it's fun to run around and pew pew.

Did they ever randomize the hero powerup spawns?

It's the trend to hate this game. For $5.00 including all DLC, it's absolutely worth it.

they are giving away the DLC for free for a limited time to whomever owns the game (they did the same with bf4 a year or so ago).
