reminds me of one of the people I knew from elementary school who I encountered on facebook. bizarrely the guy would post an endless stream of anti-isreal propaganda and talk about anti-jew stuff non-stop. I don't know what ever became of him since I deleted my facebook account a long time ago and looking him up, there are too many people with the same name.

Well, it depends. The fact I look fairly Aryan means I'd probably get preferential treatment. So for me personally, things would probably go better if I had to deal with him in some capacity. Ultimately though, you need to be objective in your protection of others, and racism is kind of a big "no no" in that regard... Still, if his actions were unbiased, I don't think it would matter at all, but how are you going to prove that without him dragging a Jewish family from a burning building, or something?

The easiest way to weigh this? If he said those things during the application process, would he still have been hired? That's going to be a hard no, and thus it's unacceptable.
