First: Republicans should come up with a list of current welfare programs that they oppose.

Second: calculate the amount of tax required to support those specific programs

Third: ban republicans from using those welfare programs, and decrease their taxes by the appropriate amount.

Why this works:
- republicans are happy with their less tax no welfare
- democrats are happy with more tax more welfare

Win win.

3rd party people are sub classified within republicans or democrats. And you must vote with the party in order to be in a group. So you can't claim ur democrat then elect to go with the republican option.

No that modifier is needed cuz then onlu people that need it would support it and it would have no funding. This way with 50% America subdivided, there's enough funding to even support those programs in the first place.

Just ignore what party people identify with and have them not pay tax on services they waive the right to benefit from
