I've seen a Jack Russel do it, too.

Jack russel terriors are not near as agile and powerful as pitbulls

There is not a single dog that has the same combination of agility and power as a pitbull

Well, yes. A pitbull is a medium sized dog, Jack Russels are smaller since they are supposed to go underground into animal dens/tunnels. Power wise, they wouldn't match up. They can quickly kill things like cats, opossums, small dogs, etc though.

Anecdotal I suppose, but I've had a pit for 10 years and never had a single issue with him, he's a big mush who wouldn't hurt a fly. He enjoys cuddling with cats.

depends on the individual dog, if i'm out and about i'm very cautious around bringing it near other dogs who are not on leash. could walk by a person the dog won't harm them.
