To think, people for the most part of history didn't have any screens at all. I have two large monitors at work, a phone when i am pooping, a tv screen at home, Switch screen to look at whilst playing games. Work out for one hour, to-do list for up to two more hours, dinner and get ready for bed adds one more hour. That's leaves four hours of chill time. Usually watch tv or movies or youtube or browse the web in that period. So twelve hours per day I'm looking at a screen. And that's assuming I'm sticking to my daily routine. I work physical labor I rather listen to the radio, when I'm home I play with my kid, eat and shower not much time for screens not that I would use it for that. I say about 18 hours total in a week.
